Using music to relay and to manipulate meaning, a choreographer walks the audience through the process of creating a meaningful work of performance, while finding surprises and illuminating truths along the way. Crush is a satirical duet that aims to challenge the process by which choreography is perceived.

Commissioned by: [ORNC - Trinity Primary School - Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys,]  Crush is being developed for use in Primary Schools to teach compositional elements of movement and music.

Premiere: 31st May 2019

Langdon Park

London, England

S P E C  is an interactive installation contextualized by research surrounding the scientific study of perSPECtive, SPECtatorship, and the SPECtacle of performance.

The theatre is split into two. Door I: enables audience members to view an ongoing dance performance. Door II: provides an obscure and hindered view of the performance. Telephones connect both sides, providing the opportunity to discuss what is sensed and seen in as much detail as possible.

Premiere: 29th March 2019

CHOREOGRAPHED WORKS

Thread is inspired by the variant apparel required for dance rehearsals and insisted upon within various dance industries.

Utilizing apparel to choreographically generate and stylistically define movement choices, Thread explores the subliminal and practical connections between tactility and movement. In constant transition, the dance interweaves between structures, shapes, and forms of movement, forcing the spectator to thread their own narrative.

Premiere: June 14th & 15th 2019

Romantso

Athens, Greece

Beacon explores the American idiom "beacon of hope" through examining

the action of resilience. The work seeks to commemorate the endeavor of overcoming challenges by celebrating the joyful effort that follows a state of weakness.
